A challenging project with customer needs at its core! The content revamp transformed key sections such as Customer service, specific services / apps, and useful information to streamline the customer journey and simplify information discovery.
The two quotation tools for key insurance product categories—Health and Motor—were completely redesigned and developed. As a result, prospects can now quickly and easily create a personalized plan and receive a quote in just a few steps, enabling them to connect with one of Generali’s insurance advisors!
